Following 85 years of successful design and manufacturing experience in plastic and metals products, Rencol Components has built a truly global supply chain - rapidly expanding our range of high-quality, competitively-priced industrial components and custom manufacturing capabilites.

We've put a great deal of time and effort into developing a mature and efficient global supply chain with Chinese and English-speaking personnel specialising in design, engineering, quality and logistics. Our permanent quality control and engineering personnel work closely with all manufacturing facilities. We leverage the latest advances in communications and information technology to integrate our Custom Manufacturing, Management, and Sales & Product Development teams in Shanghai (China), New York (USA), and Bristol (UK) respectively.

Whilst Rencol works hard to maintain our established position as the UK market leader in plastic and metal component manufacturing, we now offer a diversified array of custom machining, die-casting, metal stamping, forging and sub-assemblies. Our expanded capabilities make us Europe's most competitive and responsive manufacturer of industrial components.

We are the manufacturing source.

Rencol Components is not a broker. We do not 'source' components on behalf of our customers.

All of our standard components and custom projects are manufactured at facilities in Shanghai and Ningbo, China. But these manufacturing facilities aren't anonymous to us, they're not 'separate' from us - they're part of the Rencol Components team.

We've taken the time to find reliable and quality focused manufacturers and then selected only the very best facilities and the very best people for our global team. Then we've built a relationship with them. A relationship built on trust and mutual respect.

What does this mean for our customers?

At the very least, it means our customers get the right product at the right price. But we hope for more than that, we hope to build as strong a relationship with our customers as we have with our manufacturing partners.

We won't take a new manufacturing project to China and find just any manufacturer to do the job. From the outset we'll know exactly which of our production plants is best suited and assign the project accordingly. We don't have a portfolio of unaccountable and anonymous manufacturers, we know what to expect from our facilities and our facilities know what to expect from us.
