What are Rencol's plastic injection moulding capabilities?

Our injection moulding facilities are capable of manufacturing with most thermoplastic and thermoset materials. Typically we use nylon, reinforced nylon, polypropylene, and reinforced polypropylene, ABS or Acetal for thermoplastic projects and duroplast for thermoset projects.

Our injection moulding machinery ranges from 15 tons up to at least 650 tons. We can produce tooling in record time and at unbeatable prices. This allows us to manufacture a large range of different plastic products. From small, lightweight plastic components to complex multi-cavity, multi-shot heavy weight parts. We can also perform a number of finishing processes including pad printing, screen printing and engraving. Specialist options such as TPE over moulding (for extra grip and oil resistance), specialist flame retardant materials and glass filled plastic blends are also available.
