Nickel Plated Brass Cable Gland with EMC Protection for Shielded Cables

Our Model 02 CG cable glands are an essential safety device for sealing, supporting, and organising various types of power, data, control, and telecoms cables in a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments.

These high quality cable glands are comprised of a nickel plated brass body, UL approved nylon PA66 claw, NBR (nitrile rubber) o-ring and NBR hermetic seal. The heavy duty construction and  sealing and clamping units ensure excellent mechanical properties and an IP68 rating. This is a strong and durable cable sealing solution, with high strain relief and excellent protection against corrosion, chemicals, and weather, along with flame protection and high impact durability.

Our Model 02 CG feature a metal intermediate contact disc. This disc contacts the braid of a shielded cable to achieve a low-resistance EMC bonding to withstand electromagnetic interference. Thanks to this earthing disc, the gland can provide continuous EMC protection for a range of cable diameters.

We offer a wide range of sizes in both metric and PG (Panzer-Gewinde) standards. Metric cable glands are available from M16 to M50 for cable diameters from 4 to 38mm. PG cable glands from PG9 to PG36 provide compatibility with cable diameters from 4 to 30mm.

Our cable glands are REACH & RoHS compliant and CE and UKCA certified.
